Everything we have understood about ourselves and the world is undergoing a radical transformation. The winds of evolutionary change are upon us as humanity slowly begins to emerge from a long and sustained period of ignorance and darkness.
As conscious evolutionaries, we are beginning to bear witness to the influence of awakened Consciousness as it penetrates the bedrock of the old paradigm. As the very foundations of this are infiltrated, the greatest potential for whole system change from the inside out is becoming a tangible possibility. As the destructive directives of the old ways increase, so too does the awakening Consciousness of citizens across the world.
The human race has arrived at a critical juncture – an existential turning point. Its wounds of separation, polarity, disconnection and duality have been undeniably exposed. The effect of this is marking an instrumental turning point for humanity and serving as an unprecedented catalyst for the necessary shift that needs to occur within the collective consciousness.
The current system of global leadership is in crisis and a new evolutionary politic is emerging – one that is inclusive and integrative, embraces difference, and embodies connecting principles. As the late philosopher and a pioneer of conscious evolution Mary Parker Follett stated so eloquently in 1918: There are three ways of dealing with difference: domination, compromise, and integration. By domination only one side gets what it wants; by compromise neither side gets what it wants; by integration we find a way by which both sides may get what they wish.
The lens through which we view social, political, economic, ecological and environmental issues determines the degree to which we have become locked in fear and uncertainty, or centred in visionary understanding, deep realisation and evolutionary trust. We teeter on a threshold of both the old and the new simultaneously. We are called to remain mindful so as not to default into fear, reaction, polarisation, duality, separation, powerlessness, or an “us versus them” mentality.
We have waited our entire lives, and the world has waited for millennia, to arrive at this critical yet auspicious juncture. Now, we simply must step up and step out, become visible, embrace unity in diversity, and show up as peace-making social activists who are led by and rooted in Love.
We are at the End Times – the long dark night before the Light of a new dawn. We are in the storm before the calm. The old dysfunctional world is dying and a new world is being born. Just as a fever peaks before breaking, so too has the fever of dysfunctional global governance reached break point.
We are not powerless but empowered beyond measure, and never more so than when united in Service for the Greater Good of All. When we polarise into fear we remain part of the problem yet when anchored in Love, we become part of the greatest potential for a new conscious epoch to be born.
Now, more than ever before, we need to stand together in and as Love while expressing the deepest wisdom, holding the highest vision, and applying the purest altruism to every thought, word, action and deed.
The road ahead may not be easy yet we are more prepared now than at any other time for what is to come, what we must do, and who we must BE.
The destiny of all sentient beings and all life forms is in our hands, and never will so much have been achieved by so few for so many.
