Something else that thousands of petitions world-wide will need to be created for in an attempt to stop this.

No one country should be allowed to make such a decision.

What is needed is a global council consisting of ecologists, environmentalists, conservationists, conscientious scientists, naturalists, and earth protectors, from all nations, and all tribes and peoples of the earth, to make life-serving decisions which ensure that plans such as this cannot be made unilaterally; and that any such scenarios require a majority consensus from a representative body of Nature and Humanity.
